To Clarify..
let me just clarify. opinions and statements here are opinions. i may use facts, current events, etc., but it is a "daily ranting". you're welcome to disagree and tell me about it; i'll gladly discuss subjects with you.
let me again state the purpose for this blog:
It's my place for an outlet, for all the things horrible, for all things unjust, and inconsiderate, in my opinion, that our lovely country does.
no where did i say that i was a democrat. no where did i say that a democratic, green party, independent, whathaveyou, president would be doing a better job than President Bush. i have yet to say anyone did a better job, or could be doing a better job. do i think someone could? yeah, probably, but thats my opinion. if i can summarise/paraphrase Jon Stewart's, from The Daily Show, statement against attacks that he was anti-democratic or wahthaveyou, and no, not because the show has become mainly liberal/democratic, but because its a good quote:
Let me clarify. I'm making fun of Bush because he's our president, and he's in power. Put a democratic president in there, and i'd poke fun at him as well. I've already done that. But, right now, our president is George W. Bush, and i'm going to continue doing what i do.

Greetings. Yeah, it's hard to be understood, isn't it. So many clarifications seem needed.
Re Jon Stewart, here's my take. He's got really good writers, and he knows his job and does it well. But I can no longer watch him. That he's an out and out biased, biggoted lefty is self-evident. He is simply deluted or dishonest if he pretends he'd be even-handed with Democrates. The thing that tipped the balance for me was when I saw him "interview" (attack) a "guest" author. He called the guy's book "this piece of crap." Why? Because he disagreed with it. I don't mind disagreement at all. Enjoy it, in fact. But that level discourtesy earned my undying disrespect for him. Bias is expected. But there are rules, to civil discourse, and he has disqualified himself from any further attention from me.
But as for you, express yourself.

Well... Young man... you should defend your position no matter what right-winged lunatics have to tell you. Don't lead people on to think you're a ultra-democrat and then back down and say "no where did i say that i was a democrat" Be straight up. If you're a democrat SAY YOU ARE DAMMIT! Don't send people on emotional rollercoasters lol... republicans can't handle rollercoasters :-)
